Saturday night and a Local favorite, Los # 3 Dinners was playing at the “COVE”.
It May have been a bit cold outside but, the band inside was hot.
With over 25 years of playing music. This band gets it right.
It was very apparent that Los # Number 3 Dinners love it on stage. They invite the audience to join in for some fun. Birthday girl “Regina “came to the stage rattling the maracas next to Lenny as he played his guitar.
Singing local favorite tunes like, I just want to make it home, Quiero un Camero, Living’ inside the loop, and the tune I like” San Antonio Dreaming”. Checking the dance floor, I saw Emily on the having a great time with her Friend’s.
What makes this band Special? It’s” home grown” and they understand San Antonio. That’s to say the people who live in S.A. It allows you to re-lives memories. It’s more like a bubbling feeling that wells up from deep within one self.
I ask Lenny in his checkered shoes, “Why #3 Dinner”
LENNY We used to be, # 2dinner… “We changed some band members, added some guacamole and raised the price LOL” and now it’s Los #3 Dinner.
Playing a couple of rolling stone tunes, friend and guest musician Dave Rodriguez came in to give a lending hand.
If you get the chance to see “Los #3 Dinners” I bet you’ll be an instant fan of this local favorite band.
