Legal Notice: Sing for Hope and Justice, Inc. reserves the right to revoke awards if any submission is found to be plagiarized or improper in any manner inconsistent with the law. Entrants agree that by submitting their songs they agree to give "Sing for Hope and Justice non exclusive permission to print and/or record the compositions, individually or collectively. All proceeds from related CD sales will be used to support charitable causes, as defined by the IRS, of the sponsor’s choosing and as they may determine for a term of not longer than two years. After two years, income rights revert back to the composers. Sponsor makes no claim to songwriting credits nor publishing rights and affirms that the song composers shall retain all rights to publishing of composition. Sing for Hope and Justice shall give written credit to the composers and the artists everywhere that their songs appear. If awards are not distributed due to insufficient number of entries or income, composers will retain all rights to material and any further usage would be subject to separate written agreement of terms between both but there shall be no obligation for artists to participate further or to give any rights if contest is aborted for any lack of funds, lack of entries or any other reason. _____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
